PROVEN PERFORMANCE IN UKRAINE
240 tons/hour capacity PRIMA 240 model SIGMA Plant operated so successfully that four more plants were then supplied to Ukraine within a year time
Strict requirements of today’s road building technology can be met by PRIMA plants which offer customers maximum economy in fuel consumption, faster installation and dismantling phases thanks to the modular structure.
Being ordered in February 2020, the plant has been manufactured in a short period of time and shipped in April. Assembly of the plant started in early July following the end of quarantine and lockdown periods due to the Covid period. Installation was completed in about three weeks and the plant was then started up successfully. During commissioning, capacities even higher than the guaranteed value were reached.
The plant was purchased by one of the major road construction companies in Ukraine and installed in the city of Khmelnitsky.
Being the first SIGMA asphalt plant in Ukraine, the plant is fully automatic and computer controlled. Natural gas is used as fuel and bitumen tanks are heated by thermal oil. The plant started operation in the beginning of August 2020 and 300.000 tons of hot mix was produced in a period of 12 months.
Further to the excellent performance of the plant, four more PRIMA model asphalt plants were then supplied within the year 2021.

Feeding hoppers : 5 virgin aggregate pre-feeders, 20 m3 each
Burner : 15.500 kW monobloc type for gas and diesel
Screening capacity : 260 tons/ hour
Hot-mix silos : 40 tons in two chambers
Recovered and mineral filler silos : 50 m3 each
